We are seeking a dedicated collection agent to assist our business with the recovery of

outstanding payments from debtors. In this role, your duties will include communicating

with debtors via telephone, negotiating payment plans with debtors,

and enacting payment plans that eliminate debt.

3. Previous debt collection experience will be advantageous
4. Professional English communication skills
5. Effective listening and questioning skills
6. Effective objection and rejection handling skills
7. Negotiation and problem-solving skills
8. Good with numbers/finances
9. Patience, teamwork, and time management skills
10. Relationship-building skills
11. Fresher with excellent English verbal communication skills
12. Candidate with a minimum of 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing

Annual CTC 3.5 To 4 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 70%
2. Variable component: 30%
